WAG Symbol Sheets available for download

Thanks to Marleen Van Dooren - Belgian's judge at the 2007 WC in Stuttgart - we can provide you with the WAG symbol sheets used in Stuttgart. Marleen recreated the original FIG documents using the wag symbols designed by gymnastics-software. At the moment WAG-WTC members are checking the sheets for errors. If they find some, we will update our online versions immediately. For those downloading the WAG Symbols application: not all elements in the sheets are already in the application. Marleen used a beta version of the next release to create the sheets. Those who bought a license will receive this new release for free as soon as it becomes available.

WAG Symbols Version 1.2 released

The thing we have been working on since the March 2007 release, is mainly the quest for elements on uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. The current list of elements contains 2023 different elements.

People that download WAG Symbols 1.2 only have access to 1000 elements because only elements that are in the current Code of Points (version 2007) are released to the general public. The reason for this is that the WAG Symbols application does not have the features to sort the symbols in a logical order. Therefore we left out the elements that are no longer used in official competitions. The next version of WAG Symbols however will have those features as well as all 2023 elements.

We'd like to stress that customers who buy the current version of WAG Symbols 1.2 will receive free upgrades as soon as they become available. This version should get you starting. The feedback we receive from you - our customers - will direct us in the development of the next releases. So don't hesitate and start experimenting. Everybody can download a free 30-day trial.

Gymnastics Software first release

After testing the webshop, the anti-piracy mechanisms, and the product itself, we are ready to release our first product: WAG Symbols.

This application allows you to use the WAG symbols in any Windows application. By means of copy and paste, or drag and drop, you insert a symbol into your word processor.

The first released will contain only the elements that are currently in the FIG Code of Points. Later upgrades will contain more symbols. Because the amount of time needed to develop the software, we decided to release the product with only symbols for vault and uneven bars. People who buy the product now, can profit from a lower sales price (30 euro). When symbols for balance beam and floor exercise are released, all customers receive the upgrades for free. The balance beam symbols are scheduled to be released by the end of March, and the floor exercise symbols by the end of April. When all FIG-symbols are ready, the price of the WAG Symbols application will raise to 60 euro. Customers will always receive free upgrades until a major version upgrade is released.

The product can be downloaded and installed for free. There is a 30-day trial period. When the trail period is elapsed, the product will not run anymore. From then on you will need a serial key to unlock the application. After unlocking the application with the serial key, the application need to be activated within 30 days, otherwise, the application will no longer function. This activation is required in order to prevent software piracy.
